We will help maximize your home's selling potential from curb appeal to paint color selections, de-cluttering, re-organizing, accessorizing and proper furniture placement to allow for maximum square footage.
We will provide you with an in depth easy to follow written report detailing every aspect of your home - room by room.
For those who would like additional assistance staging their home, we will work hands on with you ensuring your home shines in its best light by making the necessary changes as suggested in our Consultation Report.
Available by the room or your entire home, we will work within your budget to help your home sell quickly and for top dollar.
We will provide you with before and after photos to your realtor to use for your home’s listing at your request.
We will arrive at your home 1 hour before your scheduled Open House to "touch up" and ensure the stage is perfectly set for that Lasting First Impression from potential buyers.
